                            (Training sessions are 1 hour in length)            


Quick Start (for the self motivated) - $165  Consists of evaluation,                                                            Customized workout program                                                                   1 instructional workout session                                                            1 month unlimited email contact    


Fitness Boot Camp - $175 per camp (2 days/week for 4 weeks)      


Individual Training (one on one)  -  1 day per week  $50        
                                               2 days per week $90
                                               3 days per week $135

Small group Training - Find a workout buddy or two and save money!
                              1 day per week  $35 per person
                              2 days per week $50 per person
                              3 days per week $70 per person
